One-Pan Apple Cinnamon Chicken
As fall settles in, the cozy aromas of apples and cinnamon become a delightful addition to our family meals. This one-pan Apple Cinnamon Chicken dish is not only simple to prepare but also offers a satisfying flavor that kids will love.
Ingredients

1.5-2lb Pork Loin (or pork chops)

2 medium size Fuji, Gala or Honeycrisp Apples cut into wedges

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Garlic powder
-
2 tsp Rosemary
-
1 tsp Paprike
-
Salt & Pepper to taste

1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions

Grease foil on a baking sheet and preheat oven to 375F.

Mix the oil, garlic, rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper together. Rub on the pork loin and place in the middle of the baking sheet. If using pork chops, coat each and line in the middles of the pan as best as you can.

In a bowl, sprinkle cinnamon over the apples and turn until coated. Leave these for now.

Bake the pork for 20-30 minutes. Add apples to the pan and bake for another 8-10 minutes until everything is golden.
