My favorite part about the air fryer is that it makes food taste like it’s from a restaurant deep fryer but much healthier, win-win!

Look for containers that are microwave-safe, stackable, and have dividers to keep ingredients separate. Glass containers are my favorite because they are also easiest to clean and dishwasher friendly.

Create a go-to shopping list that includes your family’s favorite meals, snacks, and breakfast staples. Once you’ve got your basic list, you can adjust it based on what’s in season or what’s on sale, but keeping a foundation of reliable, healthy ingredients will keep your meal prep efficient and reduce the stress of figuring out what to buy each week.
Plus, by sticking to your list, you’re less likely to get sidetracked by impulse buys, ensuring that your grocery budget stays on track.

There are tons of kid-safe cookware out there too so they can start to help in prepping cut vegetables too!

This is also a great opportunity to teach them about nutrition and how food choices impact their energy levels, especially when they’re involved in sports and need to fuel their bodies for performance.
