Ingredients

1-1.5lb Chicken, beef or Shrimp

1 tbsp oil (olive, avocado)

1 tbsp cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp cilantro

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 small red onion, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 orange bell pepper, sliced

Directions

  1. Slice the chicken or beef into strips. Remove tails from shrimp. Add to a medium bowl and cover with oil. 

  2. Either mix in a separate bowl or shake all seasonings onto protein and mix to coat well. 

  3. Add protein to the air fryer and cook at 375 for 12-15 minutes. 

  4. Open and add the peppers and onions. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.

  5. Serve with warm soft tortillas, salsa, sour cream and whatever other toppings your family enjoys!

Make It a Complete Meal Pair these fajitas with a side of cilantro-lime rice, black beans, or a fresh salad for a balanced and satisfying meal.
