Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced or shredded
- 1–2 tomatoes, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- Store-bought balsamic glaze (or make your own)
Instructions:
- Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
- In the last 2 minutes, top each chicken breast with sliced mozzarella and cover until melted.
