One of my beloved summer morning treats that gives off a luxurious dessert vibe is a peach overnight oats. This delightful creation not only allows for easy preparation in advance but also brings immense satisfaction and fullness.
Simply mix layers of velvety Greek yogurt, juicy diced peaches, oats, chopped nuts and a hint of honey in a mason jar or container. By letting the flavors meld overnight in the refrigerator, you’ll wake up to a scrumptious and wholesome breakfast ready for you. The combination of the peach’s sweetness, yogurt creaminess, and crunch of the nuts will surely transform your morning meal routine and make peach season your favorite time of year.
INGREDIENTS
(makes 1 serving)

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cup plain or Vanilla greek yogurt

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 diced peaches

1 tbsp honey

1/4 cup slivered almonds or chopped walnuts

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
DIRECTIONS

In a small mason jar or other container add oats, yogurt, milk/water and honey together, making sure everything is mixed well. If adding protein powder, mix this in after and add more milk/water as needed.

Stir in peaches then top with nuts.

Put container into the fridge overnight.
Note: If chilling for more than 12 hours, I suggest waiting to add the chopped nuts so that they stay crunchy!
