Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup of your favorite BBQ sauce (plus more for serving)

Instructions:
