What should I prepare for my call?
Please have reviewed your custom meal plan and have a basic idea of what pages or areas you need more clarification on. Some examples from past calls I’ve done include, “How many meals should I eat a day?”, “Do I start with servings or macros?”, “What is the best way to track what I’m eating?”, or “How can I budget for all this food?”.
What types of questions can I ask?
Your 30 minute call is intended to help explain your custom meal guide and how to start following it. As long as the questions pertain to lifestyle, planning, shopping, exercise basics and do not pertain to any medical conditions, medications, injuries or other dietary restrictions. I am not a medical professional and can only help answer questions within the scope of my practice as a fitness nutrition specialist.
What if I need more help?
