My very first real vacation memory was Disney at age five — back when my sister and I watched Mickey on loop and literally wore out our Sleeping Beauty VHS tape. By 1998 my parents joined the Disney Vacation Club, and suddenly Disney became our annual tradition… and I became the unofficial family packer, planner, and food-prepper.
Fast-forward a few decades:
I’ve swapped princess dresses for work heels, strength training, and travel hockey mom life — but one thing hasn’t changed…
I’m still the family’s designated “planner, packer, and prepper.”
