As a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist with over 10 years of experience, I’ve helped dozens of women transform their relationship with food and fitness. While empowering others has been incredibly fulfilling, my true passion lies in organizing and cooking healthy, delicious meals—especially now as a mom with a kid in sports.
When I’m not at the ice rink or working, you’ll often find me in my garage gym or outside in the garden. Weightlifting has been a cornerstone of my personal journey, building not just strength but also resilience. Gardening, on the other hand, feeds my soul and connects me with nature as I nurture plants from seed to harvest.
My goal is to inspire other families— especially active, sports-loving ones—to find structure and joy in their routines.
